Directions
  1. Prepare the marinade with 4 tsps of sweet Spanish paprika, 1 tsp of spicy Spanish paprika, 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, oregano to taste and 1 shot glass of white wine
  2. Stir to mix the ingredients.
  3. Spread the ribs with this mixture and let settle until the next day.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220ºC
  5. Salt the ribs and place them in an oven pan
  6. Pour a bit of white wine.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes, turning over halfway through the cooking time and basting with the sauce.
  8. After 50 minutes place the pan at the top and switch to the grill to brown the ribs (5 minutes on each side).
