Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Cut the potato and the onion into fine slices
  3. Spread some oil over an oven pan.
  4. Place over the oil the potato and onion, add sal and pepper, a shot glass of white wine and a bit more olive oil over them.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Salt the salmon and place onto the potatoes. Pour a bit of olive oil over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC
