  1. Whip all the ingredients, except for the cheese, with a whisk
  2. Spread a bit of olive oil over a small frying pan.
  3. Pour all the batter into the frying pan.
  4. When the underside is golden brown and small bubbles appear flip the pancake.
  5. Cover inmediately with the cheese to give it time to melt.
  6. Whent the underside is golden, remove from the pan to a plate. Serve hot.
