  • 500 g apple with skin
  • 500 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 lemon juice

Step by step instructions

  • Wash, core and chop the apples. Don’t peel.
  • Put them in a pot and add 100 ml of water and the juice of one lemon.
  • Cook for 30 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from the heat, let it cool slightly and blend.
  • Return to the heat and add the sugar.
  • Cook for an additional 30-45 minutes, stirring often.
  • Pour into a container with a lid and allow to cool.
