  • 200 g rice
  • ½ red pepper chopped
  • 2 garlic clove minced
  • ½ onion minced
  • 500 g Norway lobster small
  • mushroom chopped
  • bay
  • parsley
  • carrot
  • 3 tomato crush
  • sugar
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Clean and peel the Norway lobsters, putting aside the tails.
  • Simmer the shells and the heads with 1 laurel leaf, a carrot, a piece of onion and parsley. Strain the stock and put aside.
  • Meanwhile, shallow fry the minced garlic and onion, red pepper and mushrooms for a few minutes.
  • Next add the crush tomato, a pinch of sugar and the rice.
  • Pour 600 cc of the stock we had put aside. Season.
  • Halfway through the cooking time add the Norwey lobster tails.
  • Once the stock is completely evaporated the rice should be ready.
