A very simple but very tasty recipe: carrot puree or cream. If you don't like carrots, you will love them this way.

  • 500 g carrot
  • 500 g potato
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • water

Step by step instructions

  • Fry lightly the chopped onion in olive oil.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and carrots.
  • Cover with water and season.
  • Cook until soft.
  • Remove from the heat and let it warm.
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Blend and strain.
