Step by step instructions

  • Cut the turnip leaves stalks
  • Boil the knuckle of ham and the pancetta in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes
  • Put the turnip leaves, the chiken legs, the chorizo and the potatoes in a pot. Pour water enough to cover half the food. Add salt, carefully because we are going to add knuckle broth. Bring to boil.
  • halfway through the cooking time add knuckle broth until it covers the ingredients completely and let cook until they are tender.
  • Drain and serve.
