  • 1000 g pork rib
  • 4 tsps sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp spicy paprika
  • 3 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 shot glasses white wine
  • 1 tsps oregano
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Prepare the marinade with 4 tsps of sweet Spanish paprika, 1 tsp of spicy Spanish paprika, 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, oregano to taste and 1 shot glass of white wine
  • Stir to mix the ingredients.
  • Spread the ribs with this mixture and let settle until the next day.
  • Preheat the oven to 220ºC
  • Salt the ribs and place them in an oven pan
  • Pour a bit of white wine.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, turning over halfway through the cooking time and basting with the sauce.
  • After 50 minutes place the pan at the top and switch to the grill to brown the ribs (5 minutes on each side).
