Directions
  1. Wash, core and chop the apples. Don’t peel.
  2. Put them in a pan, add the 100 ml of water and the juice of 1 lemon.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes stirring often.
  4. Remove from the heat, let cool down a bit and blend.
  5. Place on the heat again and add the sugar.
  6. Cook for 30-45 more minutes stirring often.
  7. Pour in a container with cover and let cool.
