Ingredients

  • 500 g apple peeled and without seeds
  • 500 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 lemon juice

Step by step instructions

  • Wash, core and chop the apples. Don’t peel.
  • Put them in a pan, add the 100 ml of water and the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Cook for 30 minutes stirring often.
  • Remove from the heat, let cool down a bit and blend.
  • Place on the heat again and add the sugar.
  • Cook for 30-45 more minutes stirring often.
  • Pour in a container with cover and let cool.
