Spaghetti aglio e olio (garlic and oil)

A very simple and tasty pasta recipe.

Ingredients

Servings 2 serves


  • 6 tbs olive oil
  • 180 g spaghetti
  • 3 garlic clove
  • chilli to taste
  • 50 g grated cheese

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a splash of oil. Drain and reserve.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic (filleted or crushed), taking care not to burn them, and the chilli
  • When the garlic is golden, add the spaghetti to the pan and sauté until hot.
  • Serve sprinkled with grated cheese
