Spaghetti with pork loin

Ingredients

Servings 3 people


  • 300 g pork loin
  • 4 garlic clove
  • ½ chilli
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • water
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • grated cheese

Step by step instructions

  • Put a pan of water on to boil.
  • Cut the pork loin into small pieces and season with garlic powder and salt. Fillet the garlic cloves.
  • When the water is boiling add a good mesure of salt, 1 tbsp of olive oil and the spaghetti, stir and return to the boil. When the water comes back to the boil cook until “al dente”. Drain and set aside.
  • While cooking the spaghetti, in a large frying pan heat 2 or 3 tbsp of olive oil. Add the filleted garlic cloves and a chilli and when the garlic is starting to brown add the loin. Fry until cooked.
  • Stir the spaghetti together with the loin and serve with grated cheese.
