Ingredients

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 leek large
  • 1 green pepper
  • olive oil
  • water
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and a little oil. Drain and reserve.
  • While the pasta is cooking, chop the vegetables.
  • Brown the filleted garlic in olive oil.
  • Add the onions, then the leeks and finally the peppers, letting them cook until they are tender.
  • Add the spaghetti and mix well.
  • Serve hot. It can be sprinkled with grated cheese.
