  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 3 leek big
  • 1 green pepper
  • olive oil
  • water
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Boil the spaghetti in plenty of water with salt and a bit of oil. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, chop the vegetables.
  • Brown the garlic in olive oil.
  • Add the green onion, then the leeks and finally the peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add the spaghetti and mix all together.
  • Serve hot with grated cheese (optional)
