  • 400 g green bean
  • 2 egg cooked
  • 2 potato
  • ½ onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Clean the green beans of threads and cook with the potatoes and half an onion in plenty of salted water.
  • In a frying pan, sautée the sliced garlic with olive oil.
  • When the garlic is golden, remove the pan from the heat, add a small spoonful of sweet paprika and the vinegar.
  • Pour this preparation over the beans and potatoes, which are accompanied with a boiled egg.
