Gulas (surimi elvers) with spaghetti

A very tasty recipe that, in reality, differs very little from the “Spaghetti aglio e olio“, since we only incorporate the gulas. The rest is the same.

Ingredients

Servings 1 serve


  • 100 g surimi elver
  • 80 g spaghetti
  • 4 garlic clove
  • chilli rings, to taste
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a bit of oil. When they are al dente, drain and reserve.
  • Meanwhile, peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
  • Put oil to heat and brown the garlic and the chilli rings.
  • When the garlic is golden add the imitation elvers and stir about half a minute.
  • Add the spaghetti and mix everything for one or two minutes so that the flavors are well integrated.
  • Serve hot.
