A very tasty recipe that, in reality, differs very little from the "Spaghetti aglio e olio", since we only incorporate the surimi elvers. The rest is the same.

  • 100 g surimi elvers
  • 80 g spaghetti
  • 4 clove garlic
  • chilli in rings, to taste
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a splash of oil. When they are al dente, drain and reserve.
  • Meanwhile, peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
  • Heat oil and brown the garlic and chilli rings.
  • When the garlic is golden brown, add the gulas and stir for about half a minute.
  • Add the spaghetti and mix everything for one or two minutes so that the flavors are well integrated.
  • Serve hot.
