Pork shoulder with turnip greens

  • 1000 g pork shoulder
  • 4 chorizo
  • 4 potato big
  • 1000 g turnip green

Step by step instructions

  • Desalt the pork shoulder in water since the day before if it is cut into pieces. If it is the whole piece it will need more time.
  • Cook the pork shoulder and the chorizos in plenty of water (an hour and half to 2 hours)
  • Half an hour before the pork is cooked, put broth enough for the turnip greens and potatoes in another pan.
  • Bring to a boil and add the turnip greens and the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are ready.
  • Drain the meat and vegetables and serve.
