Ingredients

  • 2 slices fatback cut into small pieces
  • 2 egg
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • water
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Mix flour and water to make a thick paste and add the two eggs.
  • The thickness of the batter should be such that when you add the eggs it is not too runny, but rather like a thick cream.
  • In a frying pan, fry a few pieces of fatback, without oil, which are added to the pasta.
  • In the same pan and with the fat that the fatback has released, curdle the tortilla.
