  • 2 slices salmon
  • ½ onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 shot glass white wine
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Step by step instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  • Cut the potato and the onion into fine slices
  • Spread some oil over an oven pan.
  • Place over the oil the potato and onion, add sal and pepper, a shot glass of white wine and a bit more olive oil over them.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Salt the salmon and place onto the potatoes. Pour a bit of olive oil over the salmon.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC
