Beans (fabas in Galician) are also known as kidney beans, white beans, etc. In Galicia we normally use the term \"beans\" and the \"Fabas de Lourenz\u00e1\" are famous for having Protected Geographical Indication. So the most difficult thing would be to make the tomato sauce.
