Instructions
Brown the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add a tablespoon of flour and sauté it for 1 minute.s
Add the peeled and crushed tomatoes. Cook, covered, 5 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of sweet (or hot) paprika, dissolve it, and add the wine.
Let everything cook for 7-8 minutes, uncovered, so that it thickens, as the clams will release water.
Add the clams and cover the pot to make it easier to open.
Once opened, uncover the pan and cook for a few minutes so that the sauce thickens a little.
Add a little chopped parsley.
