Instructions
Heat 2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot and brown lightly the onion and garlic cloves, finely chopped.
Next, add the chorizo and serrano ham and fry lightly for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add the wine, the lentils and water until cover them completely and a bit more because their volume will grow while cooking.
Add salt and a shot glass of vinegar (optional) and simmer until the lentils are tender.
