Pork loin steaks with herbs

A different way of preparing the "raxo", in fillets, flavored with herbs.

  • 800 g pork loin in fillets
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 leaves bay
  • 1 wineglass white wine
  • thyme to taste
  • parsley chopped, to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil for frying


  • Marinate the fillets with the garlic salt, bay leaf, thyme, oregano and parsley, and cover with the wine
  • Let settle in the marinade at least one hour
  • Before cooking, drain them well and fry them on both sides in a little hot oil.
  • Place them on a plate.
  • Add the marinade to the pan to deglaze, let reduce a few moments and pour over the fillets.
  • Serve immediately.
