Ingredients

  • 800 g pork loin
  • 6 garlic clove
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 potato
  • 1 red pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the loin into smal cubes, season with the garlic (filleted) and olive oil. Let settle for 2 hours.
  • Fry the chopped potatoes and pepper. Set aside.
  • Salt the loin and fry it, high heat, in the oil used to season it.
