  • 3 squid big
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsps olive oil

  • Heat 2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and brown a garlic clove.
  • Remove the garlic and add the quids. When the quids shrink on the side touching the pan, turn them over.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes turning them over halfway through the cooking time.
