Squids au jus
How to cook squids au jus.
Servings: 3 people
- 3 squid big
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsps olive oil
Heat 2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and brown a garlic clove.
Remove the garlic and add the quids. When the quids shrink on the side touching the pan, turn them over.
Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes turning them over halfway through the cooking time.
