How to cook pork ribs with a marinade similar to that used in chorizo

- 1000 g pork rib
- 4 tsps sweet paprika
- 1 tsp spicy paprika
- 3 garlic clove crushed
- 2 shot glasses white wine
- 1 tsps oregano
- salt
Prepare the marinade with 4 tsps of sweet Spanish paprika, 1 tsp of spicy Spanish paprika, 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, oregano to taste and 1 shot glass of white wine
Stir to mix the ingredients.
Spread the ribs with this mixture and let settle until the next day.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC
Salt the ribs and place them in an oven pan
Pour a bit of white wine.
Bake for 50 minutes, turning over halfway through the cooking time and basting with the sauce.
After 50 minutes place the pan at the top and switch to the grill to brown the ribs (5 minutes on each side).
