Clams in Ribeiro wine
How to cook clams with a very simple sauce made with Ribeiro wine
Servings: 2 people
- 400 g clam
- 1 glass white wine Ribeiro
- 1 tsp flour
- ½ onion
- olive oil
Brown the onion, finely chopped, in olive oil.
Add the flour, frying it lightly to prevent it from tasting raw, and then the Ribeiro white wine.
When the sauce starts to thicken, add the clams and let cook until they are all open.
Sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
Discard the closed clams.
