  • 400 g clam
  • 1 glass white wine Ribeiro
  • 1 tsp flour
  • ½ onion
  • olive oil
  • salt


  • Brown the onion, finely chopped, in olive oil.
  • Add the flour, frying it lightly to prevent it from tasting raw, and then the Ribeiro white wine.
  • When the sauce starts to thicken, add the clams and let cook until they are all open.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
  • Discard the closed clams.
