  • 500 g leek
  • 500 g potato
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt


  • Chopped the leeks and fry lightly in extra virgin olive oil, over a low heat,
  • Then add the potatoes, chopped, and 1 liter of chicken and ham stock. Add salt.
  • Bring to the boil and let cook until de potatoes are tender.
