Cream of leek soup
How to prepare a recipe of cream of potatoes and leeks soup with ham and chicken stock.
Servings: 4 people
- 500 g leek
- 500 g potato
- 1 l chicken broth
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Chopped the leeks and fry lightly in extra virgin olive oil, over a low heat,
Then add the potatoes, chopped, and 1 liter of chicken and ham stock. Add salt.
Bring to the boil and let cook until de potatoes are tender.
Let cool, mince and strain.
