Carrot cream

A very simple recipe but very tasty. If you don't like carrots, this recipe will made you change your mind.

Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot
  • 500 g potato
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • water

Instructions

  • Fry lightly the chopped onion in olive oil.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and carrots.
  • Cover with water and add salt.
  • Boil until they are tender.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool down.
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet Spanish paprika.
  • Mince and strain.
