Eggs with bacon au gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ l milk
  • 50 g grated cheese

Instructions

  • Chop the bacon and fry in a frying pan until it's to our liking. With the fat of the bacon itself is enough. No oil to add. Reserve.
  • Spread a baked dish or casserole with a little butter.
