se hacen con vino, ni con aceite, ni ajo, etc. Solamente es necesario un recipiente caliente y los berberechos.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Los berberechos m\u00e1s naturales que tom\u00e9 yo en mi vida fueron los que cog\u00eda en la playa cuando era peque\u00f1a. Cuando nos ba\u00f1\u00e1bamos escarb\u00e1bamos un poco en la arena con los pies y sal\u00edan a pu\u00f1ados. Bueno, el caso es que los abr\u00edamos unos contra otros y los com\u00edamos all\u00ed mismo, en el mar.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Claro que eso era antes, ahora est\u00e1n las vedas y los mariscadores que tienen que ganarse la vida. Por eso no podemos andar esquilmando los recursos, que todo el mundo tiene derecho a ganarse el pan honradamente.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Para abrirlos en casa y cocinarlos un poco, hay a quien no le gustan crudos, tenemos que lavarlos para que suelten las arenas. Se ponen bajo el chorro de agua y despu\u00e9s se dejan en agua con sal durante varias horas para que beban\u00a0 y suelten las arenas.
