rojo<\/li>\n<li>3 cebolla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Masa<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g aceite de oliva de preparar el relleno<\/li>\n<li>50 g leche tibia<\/li>\n<li>20 g levadura de panader\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>350 g harina<\/li>\n<li>2 huevo para pintar<\/li>\n<li>125 g agua tibia<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Instrucciones paso a paso<\/h4>\n<p>Relleno<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se prepara el relleno de la empanada con los pimientos y la cebolla cortados en juliana y el bacalao desmigado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Masa<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se prepara la masa de la empanada con el aceite sobrante de guisar el relleno (100 cc.), la levadura de panader\u00eda, 125 cc de leche tibia, 125 cc de agua tibia, 350 grs de harina y sal.<\/li>\n<li>Trabajar la masa con las varillas hasta que se despegue del cuenco que se est\u00e9 usando y despu\u00e9s manualmente durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Se deja reposar media hora y se estira en dos partes con el rodillo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Montaje<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se coloca la mitad de la masa sobre una fuente de horno engrasada.<\/li>\n<li>Pinchar la masa con un tenedor y extender sobre ella el relleno.<\/li>\n<li>Se cubre con la otra mitad de la masa, que tambi\u00e9n se pincha con un tenedor y se le hace un agujero en el medio a modo de chimenea.<\/li>\n<li>Se sellan las dos partes, se adorna con restos de la masa y se hornea durante media hora a
