Supo\u00f1o que todos n\u00f3s, ou polo menos a maior\u00eda, pensamos iso de nosas nais. No meu caso \u00e9 certo; de feito, o meu home pensa o mesmo. A\u00ednda que todo lle sa\u00eda moi ben, unha das cousas m\u00e1is salientables era o caldo de grelos que xa era espeso e sab\u00eda \u201ca vello\u201d dende o momento en que remataba de facelo.<\/span><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span class=\"p1\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"s1\">Mi\u00f1a nai sempre fac\u00eda o caldo de grelos (ou nabizas se non era tempo de grelos), nunca, que eu lembre, o fixo de repolo e non estou moi certa canto das verzas. Os outros ingredientes eran as fabas, que deixara en remollo a noite anterior, as patacas e, por suposto, un anaco de unto. Para os que non saibades o que \u00e9, o unto \u00e9 a graxa que cubre as tripas do porco que se afuma e deixa enranciar. Na casa, un caldo sen unto non era caldo.<\/span><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span class=\"p1\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"s1\">Mi\u00f1a nai nunca utilizaba auga soa para facer o caldo. Sempre utilizaba o caldo coado que resultaba de facer o cocido; cocido que sempre levaba, lac\u00f3n, chourizos e tenreira e, case sempre, costela, touci\u00f1o, orella\u2026 Resultaba, xa que logo, un caldo moi substancioso e contundente, de tal xeito que moitas veces era o prato \u00fanico na mesa.<\/span><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span class=\"p1\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"s1\">Esta \u00e9 a receita do caldo de grelos segundo o fac\u00eda ela. De feito, as fotos da galer\u00eda, das que pedimos desculpas pola s\u00faa calidade, corresponden a un v\u00eddeo caseiro de mi\u00f1a nai facendo o caldo.<\/span><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span class=\"p3\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"s2\">Unha advertencia: mi\u00f1a nai sempre coci\u00f1aba a ollo, as\u00ed que non \u00e9 posible saber as cantidades exactas do utilizado. As que aparecen aqu\u00ed calculeinas eu, tam\u00e9n a ollo, segundo \u00eda vendo o v\u00eddeo. Ent\u00f3n as escoaba e as lavaba.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Unha vez lavadas, po\u00f1\u00eda a cocer as fabas, tam\u00e9n en auga fr\u00eda, cun anaco de unto, e as deixaba ata que comezaban a estar brandas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mentres, limpaba a verdura e pelaba as patacas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Lavaba e cortaba os grelos, s\u00f3 as follas, os talos m\u00e1is grosos non os botaba. Po\u00f1\u00edaos no vertedoiro, co tap\u00f3n, e escald\u00e1baos con auga fervendo deix\u00e1ndoos as\u00ed uns minutos. Logo esco\u00e1baos e reservaba.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Po\u00f1\u00eda a quentar o caldo limpo para que, no momento de ir a botar as fabas e o unto, estivese fervendo. As\u00ed non cortar a s\u00faa coci\u00f3n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pelaba e lavaba as patacas. Cort\u00e1baas moi miudas, como para tortilla, e deix\u00e1baas en auga ata o momento de as botar no caldo, para que non se puxesen escuras.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mentres, botaba as fabas e o unto no caldo fervendo e deixaba que cocesen ata que empezasen a abrir e romper.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Neste momento botaba primeiro as patacas e logo os grelos deixando cocer todo xunto ata que estivesen tenros. Ao primeiro coci\u00f3n forte e pota tapada e logo baixaba o lume e deixaba a pota entreaberta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2157-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"
