Debe quedar unha masa suave e el\u00e1stica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Recheo<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00f3uranse os allos nun pouco de aceite de oliva e incorp\u00f3ranse os <a href=\"https:\/\/gl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Grelo\">grelos<\/a> cocidos ben escorridos e o xam\u00f3n cortado en lascas non moi grosas refog\u00e1ndoos uns momentos.
