Instructions
Wash, core and chop the apples. Don’t peel.
Put them in a pot and add 100 ml of water and the juice of one lemon.
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from the heat, let it cool slightly and blend.
Return to the heat and add the sugar.
Cook for an additional 30-45 minutes, stirring often.
Pour into a container with a lid and allow to cool.
