Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
In a frying pan with oil, sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion.
Then add the peeled and crushed tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes.
Add the wine and cognac. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread a oven dish with oil, place the seasoned hake fillets, sprinkle them with a splash of white wine and put in the oven.
Add the ham cut into small cubes to the sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes.
After 10 minutes in the oven, remove the hake and pour the sauce over it.
Bake again for 5-7 minutes.
