balsamic vinegar

Worcestershire sauce
thyme
oregano
salt

white wine
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160ºC
Prepare a marinade with honey, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano and a teaspoon of salt. Stir well
Salt the rib a little and paint it with the marinade on both sides.
Place the rib with the meat side up.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Turn the rib over and pour 1/2 wineglass of white wine.
Bake for another 60 minutes.
Turn it over again (meat side up) and bake for 20 minutes.
