Instructions
Salt the breams and put them in a resistant ovenproof dish, with a bottom of oil
Put the onion cut in julienne strips (we can shallow-fry the onion before).
Add the white wine and the juice of one lemon
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional) and top with small pieces of butter.
Bake in the oven, preheated at 190-200 ºC, for approximately 20 minutes.
