Instructions
In a pot with the bottom covered in oil, mark the albacore on both sides, remove and reserve.
In the same oil, brown the onion and the finely chopped garlic.
Then add the peeled and diced tomatoes, season. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, add a splash of white wine.
Finally add the bonito (albacore) and cook 1 minute on each side.
