Instructions
Put the water, oil and yeast in the Thermomix glass. Program 90 seconds / 40º / speed 3
Add the flour and salt and program 2 minutes / bread mode.
Put the dough on a floured surface and work it by hand for 5 minutes.
Shape it into a loaf, sprinkle it with flour and make a few cuts on the top.
Varnish the cocotte with olive oil, place the dough inside and cover it.
Put in the cold oven, without preheating, and cook for 45 minutes at 220ºC.
After 40 minutes remove the lid and let it complete the cooking time until 45.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack to avoid humidity.
