250
ml
milk
1
egg
2
tbsp
anisette
1
tsp
salt
sunflower oil
to fry
Instructions
Put all the ingredients, except for the oil, into a bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth.
Heat up plenty of sunflower oil and place the mold into it.
Once the mold is hot, put it into the batter. Attention! do not put it in completely, leave the upper part free so that the flower can come off.
Put the mold with the batter into the oil and wait until the flower comes off., which normally happens immediately.
When the flower is gold on both sides put it on a sheet of absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Repeat this operation for each flower, being very important to heat the mold every time.
