Instructions
Marinate the chicken with garlic salt and brown it in a pan with oil. Set aside.
Sauté the onion and chopped garlic in the same oil.
Add the chopped peppers
When the peppers are soft add the crushed tomato (with a pinch of sugar and salt).
Then add the white wine and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Let everything cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken, add the pepper and cook until the chicken is tender.
