Instructions
Chop the bacon and fry in a frying pan until it's to our liking. With the fat of the bacon itself is enough. There is no need to add oil. Reserve.
Spread a baked dish or casserole with a little butter.
Put on the heat and when the butter is melted add the eggs. Wait for them to curdle and salt them. Reserve.
Make a béchamel with butter, flour and milk. You can add pepper and/or nutmeg, to taste. Salt.
Put the béchamel on top of the eggs and the bacon.
Put the grated cheese on the bechamel.
Gratin in the oven until golden brown.
