Instructions
Marinate the chicken with garlic salt
Brown the filleted garlic in olive oil
Add the chicken and brown it.
Once browned, lower the heat, cover the pot and cook until done. The time will depend on the size of the chicken pieces.
Add a shot of white wine to deglaze the pan and let it evaporate.
The chicken can be served with fried potatoes and/or a salad.
