razor shells

Instructions
Once the razors shells have been washed in salt water, so that they release the sand, drain them well and reserve.
Chop the garlic and parsley very finely and mix them with olive oil.
Pour a little oil and coarse salt on the hot griddle.
Put the razor shells and wait for them to open
Once opened, top them with the garlic and parsley mixture
Turn them over and leave them for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove them from the griddle.
With a teaspoon, pick up the mince that was left on the griddle and pour it over the razors.
