Remove the stems of the turnip greens and wash the leaves
Cook the knuckle with the pancetta in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
Put the turnip greens, the two chicken thighs, the chorizo and 4 potatoes in a pot and salt in moderation since later we will add the knuckle broth. Pour water enough to cover half the food and cook.
