Instructions
Cut the leeks lengthwise in half and then widthwise into small pieces, about 1 cm thick
Cut the potatoes into very small cubes.
Put the oil in a pot to heat and sauté the leeks making sure they do not burn.
Once the leeks are tender, add the potatoes and the water or broth and salt.
Let it cook until the potatoes are tender and it is ready to eat.
