Instructions
Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water and a drizzle of oil until al dente. Drain and reserve
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the maizena, stirring until well combined.
Add the milk little by little and stirring constantly until it thickens a little.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add half of the grated cheese and wait until it is completely melted.
Mix the macaroni with this sauce and put in a baking dish.
Cover with the rest of the grated cheese.
Gratin until the cheese is golden and melted.
