Instructions
Clean the mussels well by immersing them in water with a little salt and stirring well.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add the mussels. Let them cook until the shells open.
Remove from the shells and discard those that do not open.
Place them in a bowl, covering them with oil and adding vinegar in the following proportion (2 parts of oil to one of vinegar).
Add the sliced garlic, a few chopped bay leaves and a tablespoon of sweet paprika, mixing everything well.
Leave in this sauce for a few hours before serving.
