Ingredients

4tspsweet paprika
1tsphot paprika
3clovegarliccrushed
2shotswhite wine

Instructions
Prepare the marinade by mixing 4 teaspoons of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of hot paprika, 3 crushed garlic cloves, oregano to taste and a shot of white wine.
Stir well to mix everything.
Spread the ribs with the marinade and leave until the next day.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Season the ribs and place them on a baking sheet.
Pour a bit of white wine.
Bake for 50 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking time and drizzling occasionally with the juice.
After 50 minutes, raise the tray and switch to the grill to toast them. Leave 5 minutes on each side.
