Instructions
Mix all the ingredients well, except the cheese, with the whisk or the mixer.
Brush with oil, just enough so that the batter does not stick, a small frying pan.
Pour the batter and let it set on one side.
When bubbles begin to appear and open, turn it over and cover with the cheese slices.
When it's done on the other side, the cheese should already be melted. Serve hot.
