150gSerrano ham

Instructions
Sautee the garlic slices in hot olive oil and when they are golden brown, add the pieces of ham, the cooked peas and let it all heat up together.

Notes
A very tasty dish that is done very quickly if we use canned peas. Personally, I like them better than frozen ones. The ideal, of course, is to make the recipe with fresh peas if we are in season.
